THE INNOVATIVE DESIGN TEAM IN CLEVELAND OHIO BEGINS WORK
Established as a spin‑off from Dignity Designed, Eskan Modular was incorporated to revolutionize rapid-deploy modular shelters for critical sectors such as construction, oil & gas, storage, transport and housing.
Peter Middlebrook, John Spirk, Joe Gfoeller, Dave Pehar, Ben Parker, Mark Cipolla and Trevor Jackson led the design innovation process. Nottingham Spirk led prototyping.
Our first unit
2022-2023
THE DAY OUR FIRST UNIT WENT UP, WE KNEW WE HAD SOMETHING SPECIAL.
Built in a workshop, our prototype proved that modular housing and storage could be fast, efficient, and durable. It set the standard for everything we do. We’ve since expanded that breakthrough into a full portfolio of units serving projects from desert sites to urban developments.
The first prototype of Eskan underwent rigorous testing, demonstrating exceptional durability, flexibility, and ease of assembly.

BRINGING IT TO LIGHT.
With the prototype complete, we took it out of the workshop and into the field - hosting live demos for partners, engineers, and early clients.
Watching panels lock into place and the unit come to life in real‑world conditions validated our approach, drove crucial refinements, and sparked the momentum that turned a single idea into a scalable solution.

Eskan Modular initiated full‑scale manufacturing of modular units, marking a pivotal milestone in delivering durable, rapid‑deploy solutions across construction, transport, oil & gas, storage, and housing sectors.
Operating from our UAE facility, we’ve established automated production lines and stringent quality controls - now producing hundreds of units per month to meet global demand.
